I’m a psychologist. Early in my career, at a counseling center, I kept meeting people who understood their stress perfectly. They could explain it better than I could. And they still didn’t feel any better.
Talking helps. But for many people, it’s only half the picture.
So I went looking for the other half: the body, nervous system regulation, and the technology we can use to work with both. That road led me to digital psychology and biohacking. I initiated the Digital Psychology Section at the Polish Psychological Association and I sit on the Organizing Committee of the HumanTech Summit at SWPS University.
Today I work with high performers: people who are brilliant at pushing through and terrible at switching off, struggling with chronic stress and burnout. If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
I only use what the research backs up—combining psychological expertise with non-invasive technologies like Alpha-Stim AID, Neurosym, VR, and sensory environment design. No trends, no guesswork.
PsycheFuture is where it all comes together, so you can actually recover, not just understand why you’re tired.
